Through the means of evoking unique individuality, eliciting profound liberation and generating cohesion, I help them to achieve unchartered possibilities and unparalleled potential, as an individual, in partnership and/or collective.

My work has touched over 90,000 people worldwide. I have personally worked with over 3,000 people, couples and teams, bridging their worlds into deeper intimacy, wisdom, full-bodied aliveness, Truth and possibility.

I work with heart-centred entrepreneurs, individuals and leaders who are here to change the world through their deep wisdom, embodied aliveness and unconventional approach to life, love and business.

For over 18 years I have worked personally and professionally with the architecture of the human body, the full scope of the hearts capacity, the Soul’s true wisdom, and the totality of life-force energy. Subsequently, this has permitted me to address the individual and/or team as a whole; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and at the heart, in order for it to live its full-bodied, greatness.

I am wildly passionate about our full-bodied potential. Furthermore, how truth and intimacy is the bridge to possibility, richness and the true freedom that we as an indivudal and culture, seek. I am committed to living life fully and inspiring my clients and audiences to do the same. To leave no stone unturned is a life truly lived!

What does Lauren do as a coach?

I believe that my goals as an Embodiment coach is to provide you will the toolkit to enhance your heart and soul union and learn how to be the fullest, truest, most loving version of yourself!

How can you help me?

Your reality is a direct reflection of everything that you have not dealt with! Embodying everything you wish to be will bridge the gap between intimacy, love and life. By working with me, you will see the key relationships between each part of your life and have the skills on how to internally move through the gaps between each of them.

What do I need to work with you?

You need to have an open ability to look at yourself and the responsibility of your reality. Openness to learning about your own intimacy, love and life is a must, provided through 1:1 sessions and continual online support.

How much does it cost?

Do I need to be in person for our sessions?

No. You can achieve the same results and see the same level of impact whether we have in person sessions or via zoom

I am feeling resistance towards investing or during our sessions. Is this normal?

Yes! Very normal and in fact, its a great sign you are nearing a breakthrough. Things will inevitably get stirred up as we proceed. This will be very valuable in the process of your transformation. Know that your soul has great wisdom and will surface different priorities for us to address at certain times. Trust that your higher self is helping to orchestrate your journey perfectly
