In Acting:
I went from shutdown, rigid, afraid to standing strongly in myself and acting from a place of freedom and ease and presence with my body, myself and the other. Beforehand I would go into fight or flight a lot when I would act. Your work helped me to sit in my body safely as a woman, as a creative and as a person. That created an ability to intuitively understand where a character is at in their body, and by being able to do that, created more learning and ability to see where a character is at. I also experienced being able to create nuance in performance by understanding when a character is opening or closing, because I was open. Beforehand because I was so closed I couldn't even grasp or understand what was going on for the character. So I went from rigidity and fear in my craft (acting), to a nuanced, detailed performance.

FAQ’S
Do I need to be in person?
No. You can achieve the same results and see the same level of impact whether we have in person sessions or via zoom. In fact, most of Lauren’s results have been via online. This is why she teaches “Embodiment” because it is a way of living and loving, not just results obtained within a timeframe of a session
How can this help me?
Our reality is a direct reflection of everything that we have not resolved within ourself, consciously or unconsciously. Embodying everything you wish to be will bridge the gap between Health, vitality, love and life and living your dream life. By working with me, you will see the key relationships between each part of your life and even better, you will learn the skills on how to move through the gaps between each of them for yourself for your own self-mastery.
What do I need to work with you?
You need to have a pure desire to know these teachings and open to your own bodily wisdom and what’s possible. Also, an openness to learning about your own health, self and life is a must! You must be willing to have the changes you desire and display humility. You will also be supported with anything that may arise
How much does it cost?
Embodied Dreams is via donation. This means should you choose to participate for 1 month or 2, you can donate should you desire, based off of that.
I am feeling resistance towards investing or during our sessions. Is this normal?
Yes! Very normal and in fact, its a great sign you are nearing a breakthrough. I often find that when my curiosity leads me to something, but my mind tells me “It’s not for me”, that’s a sure sign that on the other side of saying “Yes” to the journey are the results I seek!
